Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Service Agreement
KeystoneGTM provides the TAM Authority System: monthly creation and distribution of marketing assets including high-value tactical assets, value-first outbound emails, AEO/SEO optimized site pages, LinkedIn authority posts, and performance reporting.
Service Terms
Contract Length: As specified in your signed service agreement
Payment: Due monthly in advance via invoice
Delivery Schedule: Fixed monthly cycle with defined deliverables completed within each calendar month
Your Responsibilities
Information Provision: Provide accurate business information, brand guidelines, target audience details, and market insights needed for content creation
Feedback & Approval: Respond to content drafts within agreed timeframes to maintain delivery schedule
Brand Compliance: Ensure any additional brand requirements are communicated upfront
Intellectual Property
Your Assets: All custom marketing assets, content, and materials created for your business belong to you
Our Methods: Our processes, frameworks, and proprietary methods remain our intellectual property
Third-Party Content: You're responsible for ensuring any materials you provide don't violate third-party rights
Service Delivery
Best Efforts: We commit to delivering high-quality marketing assets using our proven methodology
Customization: All deliverables are customized based on your business, market, and goals
Revisions: Reasonable revisions are included within the monthly scope
No Guarantee: While we have a strong track record, marketing results depend on multiple factors and cannot be guaranteed
Limitations
Scope: Services are limited to what's outlined in your specific agreement
Performance: We're not responsible for your implementation of provided assets or overall business performance
Third-Party Issues: Not liable for email deliverability, platform changes, or external factors affecting distribution
Cancellation
Client Cancellation: 30 days written notice required as specified in your agreement
Our Cancellation: We may terminate for non-payment or breach of these terms with 30 days notice
Final Deliverables: You receive all completed work through your final month
Liability
Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
